ANKARA BAŞKENT OSB · GMP-APPROVED MANUFACTURING

Beadlet formulations.
Designed for your brand.

Combine selected actives in layers separated by plant-derived barriers. We develop brand-specific beadlets designed to reduce oxygen and moisture exposure, supporting your project from prototypes to commercialization.

Manufactured at our GMP-approved facility in Başkent OSB, Ankara.

GMP

Our GMP-approved production facility

Our beadlets are manufactured using selected active nutraceutical ingredients at our GMP-approved facility in Başkent OSB, Ankara, and filled into size 00 transparent plant-based capsules.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCTION RECORDS

Every stage is recorded electronically.

From weighing through beadlet manufacturing to capsule filling, production is recorded electronically within the framework of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Separate layers. A shared purpose.

Each layer has a role.

A multilayer structure positions selected actives in separate layers to limit unwanted direct contact. Barriers, surface design and release goals are developed together around your formulation.

Think about your formulation in layers.

Selected active ingredients are arranged across the core and layers to suit the target formulation. Separate layers can be designed to limit unwanted direct contact between ingredients.

Active selection, amounts and layer sequence are evaluated against ingredient properties and compatibility.
From concept to commercial product

Let’s develop it together.

We turn your brand’s goals into a technical development plan. Scope, feasibility and scale requirements are defined together for each project.

  1. Project brief

Define the intended users, active ingredients, dosage form and target market.

  2. Formulation design

Evaluate actives, layer sequence and the barrier approach against technical requirements.

  3. Prototype and evaluation

Use prototypes to plan the evaluation of product properties, stability and intended release.

  4. Commercialization

Plan brand objectives, manufacturing scale, packaging and technical documentation together.

Before our first conversation

Share your project outline.

You do not need a finalized formula. A few starting details help focus the technical conversation.

Discuss your beadlet project
  • Actives and target amountsIngredients you are considering and, if available, the intended daily amount.
  • Product and brand objectivesProduct format, intended users and positioning.
  • Technical prioritiesCompatibility, stability or intended release behavior.
  • Market and commercial planTarget country, estimated scale, packaging and timeline.
Frequently asked questions

Define the next step.

Can we develop a beadlet for my brand?

Yes. Biontera works with you to plan beadlet formulation development and commercialization around your brand’s objectives. Active combinations, product format, market and scale define the project scope.

Which actives can be included in the same beadlet?

Ingredient properties, target amounts and compatibility guide the selection of suitable combinations and layer structures.

What does a plant-derived barrier mean?

Plant-derived barrier materials are used to separate active layers. Material composition and suitability are defined in the project’s technical documentation.

How are stability and release performance established?

The formulation is evaluated together with manufacturing conditions, packaging and intended use. Stability and release studies are defined around your project.

How do we start, and what is the minimum order quantity?

Start by sharing your goals and proposed actives with our technical team. Development scope, prototype needs, commercial scale and minimum order conditions are discussed according to the formulation and production plan.
