How long does it take to receive a sample? +
For ingredients available in our Türkiye warehouse, shipping within 1-3 business days. For special orders from India, 2-3 weeks. Clinical data and technical files are shared the same day after NDA signing.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
Varies by ingredient. Typical MOQ: 1-5 kg for probiotics, 5-25 kg for liposomal/nano forms. 25-100 kg for branded extracts (Grantria, Stadice etc.). Sample shipments are between 100 g - 1 kg, free or at symbolic cost.
Are you compliant with Turkish dietary supplement regulations? +
All ingredients are produced in GMP, FSSAI and international standards. We provide formulation recommendations according to Turkish Food Codex and TGK Annex-3 cap values. Our probiotic strains comply with the approved strain list in Türkiye. Regulatory consultancy is part of our support service.
How do I access clinical data and publications? +
Public summaries of published articles are on our website. Full PDFs and manuscripts in publication phase are shared with your technical team after NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signing. Two-way NDA signing process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Do you offer custom formulation and contract manufacturing services? +
We develop and manufacture brand-specific beadlets at our GMP-approved facility in Başkent OSB, Ankara. We plan prototype requirements, manufacturing scale, packaging and the scope of technical evaluation for each project.
